Policy
There is a 3 night min'm stay policy in the cottages. If there are 2 nights remaining between existing bookings, please enquire by email or phone as the automated booking system will not allow bookings of less than 3 nights.

Cancellations Policy
Cancellations will be accepted within 7 days of booking date and with no cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled later than this will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 x the nightly rate. In the event of a 'no show' full payment for the stay will be charged. Card details are taken for guarantee purposes only, payment in full is due on arrival.
