General Policy

Credit card details are taken to secure booking. A deposit equal to one nights rate may be taken at any time between booking date and arrival date. Preferred payment is by cash or bank transfer on arrival. Card payments are also possible.
Dog policy - well behaved dogs are welcome. There is a £15 charge per stay for each dog. Thanks

Cancellation

Credit card details are taken to secure booking. A deposit equal to one nights rate may be taken at any time between booking date and arrival date. Preferred payment is by cash or bank transfer arrival. Card payments are also possible.
When booking a stay there are two options:
Non-refundable rate - the bookingis firm once made and represents the best price available for the dates selected.
Flexible rate- this option allows guests to cancel up to 3 weeks before the stay free of charge. Cancellations within the 3 week period before arrival will incur a charge equal to the value of the booking. No shows will be charged for the full stay. Bookings may be transferred to different dates free of charge depending on circumstances. Thanks.
